Quick answers

When does GTA 6 release?

November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, confirmed by Rockstar Games and reaffirmed at Take-Two's May 2026 earnings call.

Is GTA 6 coming to PC?

Not announced. Rockstar's pattern says wait: GTA V hit PC roughly 18 months after consoles, Red Dead Redemption 2 took about 13 months. A PC version in late 2027 or 2028 fits the precedent, but nothing is official.

How much does GTA 6 cost?

Pre-orders opened June 25, 2026: $79.99 Standard Edition and $99.99 Ultimate Edition. Pre-orders include the Vintage Vice City Pack, and preload opens November 12, one week before launch.

Who do you play as?

Two protagonists, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, in a story that moves between them across the state of Leonida.
